So let’s go through a few things about Distance reiki. The main benefit is that you don’t have to be in the room, or indeed in the same country for the Reiki healing to work. I can send it to you – crazy as it may seem but it works – I channel the energy to you. This is what Reiki is – Universal Energy. It can even be done over the phone or on FaceTime.
This may sound like a step too far, but think of it like a spiritual wifi connection! When we are connected on the web or a phone there is no physical connection to the other end. The information is sent to the receiver even though we can’t see it happening. In much the same way, radio waves are invisible and require no physical connection but you know they are there because you can hear the music coming through the radio. Just think of reiki being sent to you, the receiver.
It is wonderful for calming the body and mind and a great hands off alternative to a massage.
You may feel tingling, warmth or just a soothing feeling travelling through your body – I feel like a river of calm flows through me. Furthermore, it can help you sleep better and help you wake up feeling empowered,
